Wedding photography - Terms and conditions.

In addition to the informational link. We have imposed these simple and clear terms / guide lines. You should take these into account prior to contacting us. By contacting us your form an agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions which forms the contract.

We reserve the right to use any of photographs taken during the event, this includes venues and persons present. (Also know as a model release)

We cannot take responsibility for photos where people and/or animals who may not be committing to the photographs or outside interference.

Reception (wedding Breakfast) photos are taken during speeches, cake cutting, the first dance and general photos of the event but may not include the last dance subject to contract. All posed photos are taken as to your instructions and/or package choice. Download guide you may also request an additional one hundred and sixty image profiles by Email. As you are hiring the photographer based on pervious examples of the photographic work, this is art and subject to the photographers discretion.

It is for you to enquire about photos taken during your wedding ceremony. (see information link) we therefore offer no warranty that photos will be taken during this time due to legal issues.

A undetermined amount of photos will be taken (see information page) and all photos will be included on to your compact disc, which also includes edited photographs subject to your contract/package type.

We give you the right to use, copy and reprint all of your photographs for non profit, and non commercial usage; if you have selected a package which includes a CD or DVD ROM, Written notice will be given in such cases. You may not copy and distribute the slide shows or image/negative discs in any form.

In packages one and friendly package, we select the images included into the package, It is then your choice to add to the package as you see fit at cost to yourself or via a prior arrangement with us.

All booking fees are payable in advance and are non refundable. (deposit's/booking fees are 50% of your package or contract price) see FAQ for more information on payments, when they are due with differing packages. We do not take deposits, these are booking fees.

Bookings are confirmed by writing and/or email, booking dates and packages are not held until deposits have been paid and cleared with the returned information/booking sheets.

If you wish to cancel your booking, under the distance selling regulations you are entitled to cancel the contract within 7 days of booking, fees may apply.

You have read the information on the website and understand the services that are being offered and purchased.

Guest books are only included with selected packages, due to colour limitations this may not be possible in all cases to match the album. Album upgrades and guest books are a separate service and should be paid for separately in advanced.

You must book at least 4 weeks in advanced; additional effects and services should be with longer advanced notice for items such as back drops and staging areas. (I recommend booking a year in advance as most people do so)

We take no responsibility for loss or damages to your photos, compact disc or album however caused. Please consider insurance, Look here for wedding insurance.

Albums are normally available around 14 working days after your wedding day or the conformation of prints or layout. Additional effects or re touching may take longer or on certain package where the selection of images is delayed on your return orders. Certain albums and the time of year of the order will also effect delivery/ availability of the albums.

Digital images books are sold as seen within the preview and cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing fault. You must check all details and make us aware of any changes before confirming the order, you will be formally asked to confirm your digital album once any changes have been made and previewed again to you. Postage is at your risk (you are welcome to collect)

All shipping costs and insurances for shipping albums and other services/goods are your responsibility and not included in pricing of the packages. You may request a shipping charge, all quote are provided un insured unless requested, once the item has been released we take no responsibility. You are welcome to collect your album or prints and any combination of services and goods that have been paid for.

Charges may apply for storage of wedding images/albums past 3 months form the date of the wedding. Charge may also apply for materials not returned. (such as preview discs). At such time greater than nine months after the wedding date, all items not ordered will be cancelled and no refunds given in respect of the goods not received (only if you do not place an order) if we do not provide your good within 3 months of your wedding due to our neglect and reasons within our control a proportional refund will be made.

We may change the prices from what is displayed on the site currently to the cover costs and the locations travel costs or fuel rises. All prices and information is correct at the time of publishing. Details shown on the pricing section/page of the web site has more accurate details of the price and package includes, images and other items included within the packages (unless you are booking a build your own package)

Pricing shown on the website is pre booking prices only after wedding pricing can be found on the link at the bottom of the pricing page for after wedding prices for good and services.

These terms are subject to change at any time without notice and will be displayed on this section of the site. It is your reasonability to check for updates. Please print a copy of these terms and conations once you receive conformation of your booking as they will be the agreed contract of service.

By contact me/us you agree to these terms and conditions. Unsolicited (spammers) contacts should refer to the main sites terms and conditions.

Quotes are valid for 36 hours from the time of the quote.

All service, packages, gifts and add-ons or otherwise express terms and not valid unless in writing and confirmed by the same.

Services for wedding photography, Albums, Editing, Slide shows and other services in connection with the wedding will be offered between the first day of March and the first day of October each year only. Photography services (taking of photographic material) make take place in February or October but may not be processed in a timely manner.

Refunds of 50% are given on the booking fee, provided at least six months notice of cancellation is given before the booked date at the discretion of the photographer.

Should you delay your wedding for any reasons, your booking fee will be held on account for a period no greater than six months for your to rebook the package at a later date.

You must keep a set of contact details with your photographs, protect the copyright of the photographer when using the images online in a web site or any other means of distribution and display and must contain the photographers name and web site address.

A maximum insurance value of £100,000,000 british pounds is covered with each package or hired contracted by Rory Witham.

We reserve the right to use alternative photographers in the the event of illness.

Electrical goods are with-out warranty returns should be directed to the manufacture as we only acting as the agent.

Special offers are only available once and singly to each package or contract and are subject to availability within the limits of the offer.

Albums, print orders and slide shows, Preview galleries, image editing, and service will not be delivered in cases where, Preview discs are not returned, final payment is not made or the order is not placed.

Packages maybe held as described at the time of booking and conformation (including prints, albums and disc's) or alternative services will be offered at the discretion of the photographer.

Theft from this site or the sale or part of the content, will be deemed as a purchase and billed accordingly. Data and content remains the property of its owner or Rory Witham. No downloading, printing or copying is permitted what so ever with out written permission from the owner. (you may print these terms and conditions one you have booked)

Complaints should be registered within 14 days of the service date or within 7 days of your return from honeymoon providing that you leave for your honeymoon within a week of the wedding.

The friendly package comes without warranty or guaranty of quality of work due to the way in which it is auctioned and supplied.

All data supplied is kept safe and deleted when there is no use for this information. For tax reasons your data is held for 3 years.

Clients should contact the photographer two weeks before the wedding to confirm the appointment.(this should be to ensure that your paperwork has not been misplaced and that the wedding is going ahead as planned)

Clients claiming hardships for discount will be billed at the full rate of hourly hire for the period and charged for each service if they are not truthful.

All photographic material and prints are as seen unless stated or requested and confirmed otherwise in writing. (please be aware that the screen you view the images on may show the image differently due to calibration and resolutions).

Building albums for you is not included within any package. (We often do build the albums with you. This dose not apply to digital image books, but you are to select the layout or select our sample).

Parent, family and friend digital image books and album orders should be be within eight weeks of the wedding date. After this time we cannot guaranty they will be available.

Digital negatives discs in the build your own packages must be purchased with a photographic print order from the build your own package.

Should you not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not contact us and leave this site.

We shall provide you with images of your wedding on demand subject to the contract.

We shall provide an album and prints within the package purchased only (this includes upgraded albums and prints if pre booked).

We shall provide a photographer on your wedding day of equal or better experience should Rory Witham not be available.

We shall act in due care with our photography service and image taking.

Photography is a art form and your service is to hire Rory Witham to provide his artistic touch to your wedding, all weddings are different and as such the photography will be different and finished articles.
