Creating the memory of a life time can be hard and with restrictions in most ceremonies due to legal implications.
The most common drawback is photos taken during the wedding ceremony itself. Please enquire to the restrictions that are in place with taking photos during the ceremony at your venue. 
We do not use flash photography and the camera operation is silent, this in most cases, will allow us to take the shots which we would like for your album. Should be taking into account when booking your wedding venue and consulting your wedding planner, registrar or vicar.
Reception photos ownership of the images.
With copyright laws you should let people know they will have there photos taken, the final rights of the photos is not given to you, however you are free to make copies and prints the images. Not many photographers will allow this and is also worth checking prior to assigning a photographer. We also reserve the right to use the photos as part of the terms and conditions

Extra Prints, editing and larger photographs.
Adding photos from your Compact Discs for the final production of your album can be carried out at most photographic printing shops or for a professional finish we can have the prints made for you.
We can edit photos that may have been taken by guests that require alterations to make a prefect album. Please contact us for information about this service.
Each package has a set amount of editing carried out on the images to give a final finish to your images. Editing consists of colour retouching, making the image black and white, removing blemishes, and cropping the images.
We offer up to 12 X 8 Inch prints as standard, larger prints are available on request.
With all the packages we select the size of the prints to best show the content of the images.
Special images.
Sometimes images that are captured during the day need to be changed and corrected to your requirement, this is an additional service and chargeable. You will be given some samples of the images for your selection, these are normally priced at £35.00, prices may change due to the technical challenges that may apply to building the images.
Compact Discs (CD-ROM).
After taking your photographs they are transferred to a computer for editing with the un-edited photos, the photos are then placed on to a Compact Disc or DVD for you to view them on either your computer or DVD player so that you can flick through all the photos of your day together. This is included in many of our packages; see the package details for more information. all packaged discs are randomly selected from the complete set of photos, if you would like to purchase all you negatives, please see the additions page where there is a hugh saving on the full disc!.
DVD & picture Disc's
Everyone would like to have a copy of all their images. The "standard" CD or DVD which is included in our packages are DATA discs of high resolution images or is a slide show depending on the package you purchase. If you require a movie disc these are an additional cost, these have titles and music from your wedding day. If you have video recordings, you may like to have a full feature disc made to include the photographs and video from other persons or add video as a package add on.
Digital Negatives Selection
The Digital negatives disc that comes with the packages are randomly selected from all the photos that have been taken on the day, therefore cherry picking cannot happen. If you would like to purchase all the images taken on the day, you can purchase the full digital negatives disc, this is pre order only and can be found on the pricing page alternatively you can order the images you would like to add and pick from the build your own package pages if you would like to select your own images for the digital negative disc. If you decide not to purchase a full disc or a selection of digital negatives images for your disc and have a randomly selected you can purchase he 'missing' digital negatives after adding them to the disc. Slide shows disc's
A slide show of your images are great, presented in a DVD format disc, you can view your wedding images like a movie on your TV (providing you have a DVD player) Some DVD player will not play the discs, When your package or disc is ordered please inform us of the disc format that your DVD player will accept. Generally we do not have issues with play back. This is NOT a image disc that you can print your images from or copy.
Sideshow preview disc's (proofs) must be returned to us once you make your order.
Pre shoot of your wedding, its important.
Many of the wedding packages I offer come with a pre shoot. I recommend that you take the time to carry out the pre shoot as the images will look better on the day because you will be more relaxed and more knowledgeable to what makes a good photo. Knowing your photographer and being relaxed makes all the difference in the result of your finished album.
Wedding albums and guest books.
We tend to use quality books, these are included with most of the packages. Other albums are available including brown or black leatherette or you can supply your own, selecting your own album at cost from our suppliers or your own supplier. We always try to match the album to the style of your wedding colour's and are subject to availability. Your Album as a Parent Album.
You can select a Album to be built in the same manner as the parent albums. In some cases this will offer more images, layout will be defined by us and you can select either a 50 page or 70 album. Please note that weddings who select package 3 or above, may find that you require more than one album to complete the coverage.
Parent albums.
Parent albums are built from a selection of images which we select. They can be previewed by slide show on our servers prior to purchase. lead time on the books are around 3 weeks as they are shipped in from a international company. Albums are built in 50 or 70 pages and will be priced on the content of the books. Please note that weddings who select package 3 or above, may find that you require more than one album to complete the coverage.
Your own albums.
You can use your own albums if you wish so, please tell us the size of your album so that we do not order prints that are to large to fit within the album. - Don't forget, we shoot digital and there for the prints sizes are in a digital format.
A definition of the photographic styles and pro's and cons
1. Traditional styles 
Traditional photography is considered as a formal or portrait approach to photography. It has neatly arranged subjects which make a triangle which is the way the human eye works when looking at pictures. Traditional styles requires a lot of interaction with the photographer and the guests to position them for each shot which is taken. This style has a distinct number of advantages over other types of photography. I would recommend that people consider having a few traditional shots for their album regardless of there approach to there main wedding photos.
Traditional Advantages
The subjects in the photo's are usually still which gives the photographer has time to make sure the camera is setup correctly and each person looks their best.
The photographer has time
after the picture is taken to check that they have the desired shot and retake if they so wish.
Wedding photographs taken some time ago will look pretty much the same as those taken today.
They can be very well composed because there is time to make more balanced images with subjects and objects.
Traditional photo's don't go in and out of fashion as they are considered to be "time-less classics".
Traditional Disadvantages
The style isn't as popular it is a "fixed" style that doesn't tell a story of the day.
The group shots can take a long time to organise the people and gathering the correct people.
Needs a larger working space which is big enough for organising larger groups.
Not a very "fresh" in its approach.
2. Reportage
Reportage is a popular as the main style for wedding albums, this style is taken with a informal approach to the capturing the picture's.
It's roots are in the "paparazzi" styles of photography and requires quick reactions and a good array of opportune moments for your photographer rather than organisational skills which is associated with traditions and contemporary styles.
Reportage Advantages
Tells the story of the day as it happens.
Most of the images are taken "on the fly" while you go about your day.
It captures more of the emotions and events as they unfold in a more natural way.
Very fashionable (currently).
Suit's people who are uncomfortable in front of a camera
Delivers often better image results of the day's events where people are more relaxed.

Can sometimes give you 'untidy' images with some people out of focus or missing from pictures.
Reportage is based on "taking the shot" not " making the picture".
It is the subjects behavior and interaction with others at the event that is captured.
Larger volume of shots are taken, but not all may be printable image's.

3. Contemporary
A contemporary style is defined by a strong element of design within each image, but there origins come from the reportage style but leads into more traditional staged approach. This is where the pictures are captured thought some planning and design. This style allows images to be created and kept informal akin to the reportage style. Contemporary style in short; is a staging of a reportage style, as you have seen in many of the magazines.
Contemporary Advantages
Images can contain a style that are interesting and fun.
Much more modern than traditional images and blends both the reportage and traditional styles. The finish is neater than reportage styles.
People captured in the images can arranged.
Contemporary Disadvantages
Works best in the outdoors or with an interesting set of backdrops and locations.
Fun contemporary works needs fun, flexible people.
Time consuming, this means a lot more time taken out of your day to capture images and staging them.
You either like a image or you don't. It is much more important to find a photographer with a style that you enjoy.

Parent and Friend Albums.
When the day is complete we will edit your images and make a selection from the image to produce a short slide show and a second slide show for the parent and friends album as a page by page account. You may wish to order one for your self as they may not contain the layout and images of your album. You will be Emailed the costs of the albums when the links to the shows that are available of the albums.
