'Hitchers' Wedding photography Package.
This package was designed by brides and grooms from the hitched web site where I conducted research into the ideals which brides and grooms have when selecting a photographer for your wedding. This package is designed to be flexible and to meet the needs of the bride and groom. This page has also been designed to be an inclusive information page so that you should not need to visit the other pages on this web site other than the gallery and the terms.
Flexibility
Taking into account that every wedding is different this package is not set in stone nor is any other wedding photography package which are on offer from us. There will be two photographers with you on your day to capture your wedding event in its entirety. With two photographers you will get two different styles of capturing your event and this will give you a wider selection of images to pick to have printed.
Albums
You can pick your wedding album, my research showed that brides love there planning and finding that perfect wedding album and/or guest book will be in your hands.
I have a list of suppliers that offer some fantastic albums and we can order them in at cost for you.
We will discus in detail the actual requirements as to the layout of your album with you in advanced so that you can relax while my able team construct your album with your chosen photos.
The package is designed to give you 100 photos you will need to base this on the image size for both the album and photos you have included and would like to add.
Style of photography
We have a information sheet available for all the images that you could request as well as a list of over 160 types/styles of image (portraits through to the details)
This is to give you a better range of images and understand your idea of how you would like your wedding captured.
We will shot in differing styles as there will be two photographers, this offers you an alternative view so that you can make a choice from afterwards, essentially get the pictures that you most want in a range of mixed styles of reportage and traditional images, which will capture the day and be able to personalise your album fully.
Gallery
My gallery shows actual wedding photos and other photographic works. When selecting the photographer research showed that the image gallery was the most important part of selecting the photographer. The gallery is not present to show the 'best of the best' shots but to give you a real feel for the actual photography rather than to sell you on what could be. I hope that you appreciate the honesty.
Photo costs & includes
I have not included a CD/DVD of all the image which will be taken on the day, you can order your CD which the cost of which, will be dependant on the amount of images taken. As the prices of photos can change please contact us to obtain the current charges of your preferred photograph sizes.
Type of photograph's
The type of photograph is down to you and your requests, I have full editing facilities to give you every type, image and effect that you can image, we can turn a dull day is to a blistering sunny day, give you a tan of any shade using rattan filters. As a professional I offer a wide range of finishes to the photographic work, this can be sepia, colour casting and black and white as well as any other finish that you could think of.
Coverage
The package will cover your wedding day from start to finish, starting from your wedding preparations until the first dance, as I am aiming to be flexible so we can stay a little longer if required at no extra charge. We try to get all our staff a break when on location because camera can be quite heavy when running around all day, we try to break for a hour or two between the reception photo session and evening reception.
A on location/rehearsal shoot is included into the package, this will really help with the photography on the day as to where the image will be staged, the role call and arrangements. You will receive a complimentary CD containing the images taken during this time.
Evening reception for the "meet and greet" of all the guest as you will have more guests here than at your actual wedding. We can also arrange a staging areas for you, which will give you a nice area to take shots even after dark. Please see 'backdrop' for more information.
Additional costs
As this is a flexible package I haven't been able to cost in travel.
A DVD will be an additional £100 which will contain your selected music of the wedding and contain all titles and information of who was attending the location guest and your service providers as you would find in a film production. If you require a photographer till the end of the night (after 12) additional cost's for overnight accommodation may be asked for depending on the location.
Web site
Due to families being spread around the world, it can be hard to gather them all together. We will give you your own web site address which will allow your family to view you pictures and have the option to purchases copies. We will hold the web site open for six months and password protect your gallery at request. We can also arrange for on-line ordering of your photographs if you so wish.
Backdrop & on location printing
You can set up a backdrop to create an open photo booth at the reception. Your guests will be able to have portraits taken in small groups or with their significant other. Be sure to order two sets, one for you to send to each guest with your thank you notes. Guests can take the snapshots home with them as a fun memento! Contingency plans
Every bride worries about if the photographer is ill or double booked. As a professional I am a member of UK backup wedding photographers we have a large group that will cover your day as well as my own staff so you will always have a friendly face. The cost is covered from my own professional insurance and you will pay no extra charges regardless of the photographer and their charges.
We carry at least five cameras on the day to ensure that you get the coverage and all the images are excellent, Most photographers just carry two. Better to be safe than sorry I say!

My name is Rory Witham, I have been taking wedding shots for just two years, My background isn't wedding photography but other photography areas where I have 18 years of experience. I have been on both sides of the camera as a male model has given me an insight to the other side of the camera for GQ magazine, Vogue and other top titles.
I own an IT business which give me time to enjoy photography and perfect the skills required on the never ending learning curve.
All the photographers I use are qualified photographers, They have to meet my standards as well which are always high.
I have five staff members which work on weddings with me this ensure's that you have the highest of quality through out our time together.
