Quick contract:
You acknowledge the images taken on the wedding even shall be the property of the photographer and may be used for remuneration and promotion of the photographer. you acknowledge that photography is a art and may differ in content as deemed by the photographer.
A booking fee of 50% of the package holds and secures the booking date. no tort agreement are upheld unless in writing and agreed. you will keep in contact with your photographer and clear your out standing balance two weeks prior to the wedding date. All images and orders with be completed by 40 days after the wedding. all images, prints album designs are sold as seen. The photographer will attend a paid wedding, and will provide a preview gallery within 14 days of the wedding and produce other previews online. the photographer will keep you up to date on all orders. Travel costs are not included and also incidental costs unforeseen. Prices on the website are subject to change and provided as a guideline only. We reserve the right of arbitration by peers. By contracting the services you agree to these terms and condtions of service.

Spam- I charge £35 for those people and companies that want to spend messages to me selling products and services. I do not add client emails to mailing list or send spam keeping clients details private.
