For many years and I wont give it away, but lets just say when most men were thinking of a pint and a mining strike I was into networking and two era’s later we can see this has come to fruit in the last 5 years.
Most people popped off to PC world to buy a network device as they carried out large marketing campaigns on WiFi networks and how great they are and that you can use your Internet all over your home, in the garden just where ever you wanted.. BUT in reality many homes just couldn’t get the things to work loads were taken back to PC world as weekend Bob the IT 16 year old was telling you “its the best, it will work” and using words like “definitely” and then you went home, and to much disappointment it didn’t work; Or it worked for a week and then stopped.

Microsoft has been around for a long time now, but there constant updates of their software is leading to problems.
Internet Explorer 8 has had its fair share of issues since its release, The first time was that flash (one of the most widely used web application) would not work or install onto the software, meaning that many websites we not viewable. The reason for this was the Adobe sent in the file to Microsoft late.
Many people would have been unaware of the problem unless you purchased a new computer system as updating seems to allow the flash software to work. Many experts stated that the compatibility button that sits near the end of the refresh bar is not a compatibility button, but simply turns off the bugs that are in Internet Explorer 8.
There are still many faults and bugs with IE 8 and we may not see the end of these in any short term fix. We may however can look forward to IE9 which should resolve many of the issues found in IE8 which can be the reason that websites you visit are not showing up on your screen.
As you may have gathered, at the moment we are updating the server, and I came across this memory from the past which is 4 years old for our data back up servers, yes the data back up server is rather large and we have lots of capacity for data, but decided to clear off some of the old data that we were not going to be using or had need for.
