Fashion followers have a permanent fixation with boots. This fixation spans across age, season and comfort. Now there are issues more complicated than just selecting boots at hand, fashion dictates that a right skirt or leggings also be selected to go with the boots.
According to celebrity stylist, Christina Ehrlich, boots are the ultimate touch up to the outfit but she also suggests that a mirror test be given for each outfit because the boots might or might not go with the outfit, which will help avoid a fashion disaster.
The most popular choice according to both fashion and comfort would be wedge heel boots since they offer variety of options in an existing wardrobe. They can provide an extra few inches without compromising on the comfort. For people who are too afraid to try out fashion in boots because of the warm weather, there are open-toe boots or maybe ankle boots. The over-the-knee boots have been done with and it's time for the boots that combine fashion and function.

The recently held Toronto Fashion Week showcased some of the hottest trends for Spring 2012. Apart from the stunning collections from next season, the new trends in beauty were quite apparent as well. Hot among the beauty trends this winter is the matte look, and this is one of the trends that does not change for spring either. The trends indicate that shine and sheen on one's face, eyes and lips have been eliminated and instead opting for ultra-matte looks are more popular. The trends when it came to hairstyles revealed natural, undone looking hair instead of the earlier used trends of flamboyant hairstyles with generous amounts of hair products. The trends for this Spring when it comes to one's face show a preference for healthy, natural skin.
