As a ethical person who is observant of many of the trends and changes, one ‘bug’ has crawled on me and that is the illegal misleading advertising that is popping up.

I have seen many photographers website claiming to be “the leading…” and today I spotted this gem “Coffee that will make you cry with joy”

False promises, misleading information, misrepresentation of your business could find you in court for crimes such as obtaining funds unlawfully, fraud, and deception. Not to mention the fine from the The Advertising Standards Authority, investigation from trading standards and a host of others if you are really lucky.

Looking at twitter as a prime example you will always find that people who are following you are other businesses, often they are like for like and this means that you are going to sell to competition right?
