National Photographer provide a wide range of photography services for clients on a international basis. This Directory consists of UK photographers who are working within the UK.

Advertising:

National Photographer opperate two websites  directories with two different styles.The first is National Photographer.co.uk where is is designed as a website for a group of photographers who are members. The National Photographer site consists of Gallerys and is designed more as a website than a directory such as the site you are currently using. You can select to advertise on the National Photographer website or this directory. If you wish to advertise on the 'main' National Photographer please visit the website for more information.

The Directory
The directory has a listing area for members and non members of National Photographer. The directory is a on going development between GTWCMT and LinkSpheric to provide a active directory to the users searching for photographers. We will be looking at including more information and thumbnails to give the end users a better time when searching for photographers.
While using the directory you will be able to create listings, areas and control your listing and information simply and easy using the user interface once you have logged in. You can create as many listings in the directory as you wish (no repeats) for different parts of your business, for example one listing for commercial photography and another for Portrait photography using two different images and titles.

When Placing your listing, Put the type of photography that you are offering in the title box, as the start, then your company name. This will make it easyer for the client to find what they are looking for.

Feature photographer:
Being a featured photogrpaher puts you on the for front of every page on this directory allowing you and your business to be at the forefront of everyone mind while they review the information within the directory, If you would like to be a featured photographer, you will need to supply a number of documents and images as well as some of your customer details who will provide reference for your work.
This is to providfe us with information on the quality of your work that we will put forward to the writen information that is set out within the section available.
Due to the advertising space used and the time in conducting research a fee is payable to cover these costs. Your feature will run a maximum and minimum of four weeks but if there is no photographers waiting to be featured you may remain inplace until such time that it is replaced.

Images in listings:
If you wish to place a image within your listing, this can be carried out simply by supplying the image URL (web address) that you hold on your server. The benefit of this is that you can change the images that you want to use any any time.
For Banners on your listing. The image size should be a Maximum of 150 x 40px and images on listings should be 145 x150px

The Gallery:
The gallery is a single point for image sales and hosting, You can benefit from password protected albums and sell image from your album/s whic is then paid directly to you. The gallery offers payments Via Paypal or Mail Order and we will be adding more payment system at a later date.
The Gallery offers you the ability to customise your Albums, Water mark images and provide slide shows. This is a Managed software applications (SaaS) and not the same service that is available for software packages for hosted photographers galleries. To view the galleries click here.

As the website is developed this fee will be updated to reflect the growth and progression of the website, Currently there are around 120,000 hits per month on this directory. All photographers who have a listing will not pay any fee for the upgrades in the services that are available. You will simply pay a one off yearly fee regardless of the updates.
