PSy4 computer systems are a fair company. We have provided these terms and conditions for our customers to both protect you and us.

By purchasing good and services from this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1 Prices:
A: All prices on the website are correct at the time of publishing and can change. Prices are held for no more than 3 hours from the time that they are issued.
B: You agree to proceed with the order if the price is different from the published price, and we will serve notice if the price alters by 15% or more, or a difference of £100.00. Prices can go up as well as down.
C: Once you have accepted a quote or invoice you are bound by the terms and conditions of this site or the contract that is sent to you. Should you not receive acontract, these terms and conditions asshown are agreed.

2 Payment:
A: All computer systems must be paid for in advance ofdelivery, custom built computer systems a 50% deposit is required and the balance on shipping/delivery.
B: Payment are due within 7 days of the date of the invoice. Psy4 Computers may provide a invoice as a quote for payment on acceptance to certain clients.
C: Payments can be made by Cash, Bank transfer, Postal orders, Cheque (Check) or Invoice. For online Paypal payments 2.9% will be added for the costs of the services.
D: Failure to pay for good and services from Psy4 Computers resulting in the financial gain of such service or goods to be Psy4 Computer systems in whole for the duration of the outstanding debt.

3 Order cancellations

A: Orders may be cancelled up to the seventh day that the order is placed.
B: Custom computer system orders may incur a 15% restocking fee
C: Special order computers may incur a 20% restocking fee.
D: Imported goods ordered for systems and custom computers may not be canceled after 24 hours of the order.

4 Performance on computer systems:
A: Due to the varianceon computer hardware the actual performance may be different than promised.
B: Psy4 computers system bench test result are taken from various benchmarks around the world where computers have been listed in the top of the results listings, are at the top computer system in their category.

5 Psy4 Elite computers:
A:Psy4 elite computers are liquid cooled unless stated
B: Elite computer have highly tuned hardware and software drivers allowing peek performance, this voids the hardware warranties in many cases.
C: Elite computers come with a free one year call out service for system retuning only, clients must contact Psy4 Computer systems one month before a year of ownership to claim the free service to be booked. This dose not include hardware support, virus removal or support.

6 Psy4 VS computers:
A:Psy4 VS range of computer are without warranty on many of the hardware products included in the systems unless purchased separately.
B: The VS range is a highly tuned and clocked computer system to maximise the hardware performance.

7 Psy4 Video Editing computers:
A: Video computers are provided with a full hardware warranty (up to 5 years on certain hardware)
B: Video computer systems are provided as described as is.
C: Psy4 provide a computer system as set up and set out within the descriptiononly and may not benefit untrained and experienced users or how the systems are used.
D: Computer hardware in the computers, may require configuration to your personal requirements and IT policies.

8 Psy4 Photographer computer systems:
A: Computer hardware is set up as to workflow and may require configuration to your personal requirements.
B:Photographer computer systems are designedto maximise photographical workflow.
C: Computer are provided as described and may not benefit un trainingor experienced users.

9 Computer systems general:
A: The buyer (client) of the computer is to take an independentand informed decisionbefore purchasing a computer system from Psy4 Computer systems.
B: Psy4 Computer systems dose not take responsibilityfor custom computer order where the client orders none compatible hardware.
C: All computer software is non refundable and provided as is,with out warranty. The EULA agreement is agreed on your behalf and you have read the EULA (End Users Licence Agreement).
D: Psy4 computer is not liable for loss of business, trade , costs and data in the event of computer hardware and software failure.

E: Computer system not built by Psy4 Computers are not covered by a Psy4 Warranty, in the absence of a warranty provided by the manurfacture no warranty is offered unless stated.

10 Business users:
A: Business computer purchases are provided as is and come with a one year hardware warranty.
B: All invoices will be paid for within 7 days of receiptof good or invoice, failure to make good on the payment will incura compounded monthly interest of 8% above the back of england base rate.
C: Software is provided without warranty andsubject to the software EULA
D: No other services are provided with computer systems unless stated in writing.

11 General information:
A: All expressed agreement are not enforced unless in writing and signed by Rory Witham CEO of the GTWCMT group.(owner of Psy4 Computer systems)
B: Once payment has been made or goods delivered all risks passes to the client.
C: Psy4 Computer systems will provide a minimum of a one year limited warranty on computer hardware.
D: All contract end on the seventh date after the goods have been provided or the end of the contract for services.
E: Goods and services are separate services
F: Computer system contract are to provide a computer system as described oras directed by the client only.
G: Agreeing to these terms and conditions dose not affect your statutory consumer rights

12 Delivery times:
A: Psy4 computers cannot guarantee oncomputer systems and dates are purely estimates until confirmed by Psy4 computers.

13 Complaints and disputes:
A: Should you have a complaint for good a services shall be submitted within 7 days of receipt ofgoods and 14 days after a services has been provided.
B: Psy4 Computer systems will provide you with a dispute/complaint formwithin 10 days of listing your dispute.
C: the client will provide a completed and full dispute/complaints form within 7 days of receipt ofthe form or the dispute will be held invalid.
D: Psy4 computer systems may request further information which the client must produce within 7 days of acknowledgement or request.
E: Psy4 Computers may resolve thematter at its own discretion by using independent advisorswhich Psy4 computers selects.
F: Disputes and complaint validated will not be subject to interest charges on the debt.
