If you are looked for a new video editing system and you are working towards a budget then this system could be just what you need. The Psy4 VX2 is a powerful yet affordable system desinged with video editing in mind.
We targeted this system on workflow more than any other feature.

The Psy4 VX2 is a system that is designed more for throughput or workflow than one of the more powerful systems like the Psy4 VX1 which is a more complete setup. The VX2 is great for rendering and buring video footage as well as having a good capcity for the footage. On the basis that you will be using HD content @ 80 MB a Minute, the drive sizes are ample to cover you for one tape (80 Minutes) as well as the other items that you may have installed.

The system also features a HD DVD optical disc drive so that you can burn your work when you have finished and a good size for your application to run and a powerfull processor so that your workflow is that much smoother.

The Video editing Psy4 VX2 system is deadicated by design for video editing but is a super computer for office, surfing and other use. We have put a mid range HDCP graphics card with VIVO services into the system and you will be able to play certain games on the computer. The system is HDCP compaitble so that you can create and view protected content.

All in all the Psy4 VX2 offers masses of performance and function; put this together with up to 5 years warranty on the hardware and you are looking at a great system.

Warning: This is a large computer system and may require additional UPS to safe guard your work.

Rating
This system only gets a 4 rating as it is not a top of the line Video editing system, it features less backup features that may be required to safe guard work and no online UPS should you power turn off mid rendering. They can be purchased as an extra for the system. The drive size has been limited to reduce costs but provide function, you may not be able to store as much work as you would like.
