Tuning and clocking
For many the computer systems are more than what people need but some people will want there computer hardware to be faster and better. Our tuning services allow large jumps in performance. We have two types of tuning, one is standard tuning, which will correctly configure your hardware on the system, and a little bit of tweaking.
Advanced tuning is a little different where we will make a full diagnostic of your computers software and hardware and then advice you on what hardware to replace to give you a cost effective solution to boost your system life and performance. This can mean that adding some memory at £35.00 will be required, or other upgrades as suggested.
Rebuilds and upgrades
Some people think that they know how to build a computer by selecting the most costly parts and then have nothing but trouble with them. We can rebuild the computer and fit it with the correct hardware or fix the issues. Equally we can suggest upgrade for computer system that used to be top of the line and re calibrate them to give you performance with our system tuning services.
Should your computer run slow or be in need of a reinstallaion we can carry out this service as a standard installation service or as part of a tuning and reinstallation service boosting the overall performance of your computer system. After care
Psy4 Elite computer systems come with one years support, after one year of owning your computer you can send it to us for a tune up and hardware update for free. You must request a service from us 4 weeks before the year is up for your free tune up.When your Psy4 Elite is with us we will run a full diagnostic on the computer and send you a report on what upgrades with the hardware can be carried out to put you back on the top spot.
General maintenance and support
Psy4 computer offers limited support for your computer software, but we give you support for the computer hardware for the period of the manufactures warranty, this means that some hardware items are covered for 5 years. You will not find many companies that will give you five years support in your hardware!
No maintenanceis offered for computer systems other than send it in and we will fix it, we do not support viruse removal or where system are 'messed with' or have faults due to no maintenance. If you would like a maintenance contract please see the main GTWCMT website and computer services site.
