Computer maintenance plans offer you fixed price services over a fixed amount of hours. From our onsite assessment we can provide you with an quote for the estimate of services that you will require for your network.
Maintenance plans offer a cost effective and easy in which to manage your computer systems and network apposed to ad-hoc service, which costs are based on the work required.
The ad hoc rate varies from £45.00 - £155.00 per hour for services. Maintenance plans cut this costs by averaging your requirements over the set amount of time and then giving the price that is fixed for the hours of services that you purchase.
Example: one server, ten computers network. 48 hours of maintenance per years @ £1900. (24/1900= £39.00 Ph) this is below the ad-hoc rates and there for you make a saving on the most basic services and even more saving on advanced services.
Maintenance plans can cover hardware and software, and can also cover support as well as maintenance for your entire network.
Maintenance and support Contracts start from 5 hours for home users and 10 hours for business users.
