Will GTWCMT support networks
Yes we support wired and wireless networks, mostly windows based networks.

Is the maintenance service availble across branches?
In some cases yes, it would depend on the type of requirements and the locations of other offices, there is however remote ervices that may be provided.

How long is the contract?
Our contract are based on hours from a intial site assesment fo a period of one year, if those hours expire you can add more hours by renewing the contract.

Can I have a one or two hour contract to fix a computer issue?
No, maintenance contract start at 10 hours and run to 100 hours.

Do you guarentee responce times?
Yes, depending on your location the time will be set for immediate onsite work, for other online services and remote services the time is adjusted for those services.

Do you warant repairs?
Yes, repairs are warranted for 7 days.

Can you replace hardware?
Yes, we have over 230,000 items of hardware at very low prices and can offer some of the lowest cost in hardware replacement. Fitting is deducted from the hours of the maintenance plans.

Why do I need a maintenance contract?
Computers and network can go wrong, and there is regular maintenance that people tend to over look and this can lead to more problems. Having a maitnenance contract allows you to pay a fixed fee for fixed hours that could stop more expensive call out services.
