Service waranty
The maintenance work carried out by GTWCMT is warranted for 7 days after the work has been completed. Should you find your computer has the same issues but has have been advised as a complete fix/solution/remedy you are entitled to raise a complaint.
All new hardware provided in the repair of computer system is warranted for a period of 12 months. Certain hardware has a longer warranty such as Hard drives which is 3 years. Pleaseask for the warranty on the hardware that we use. as we will provide warranty as long as the manufacture.
Failure to meet deadlines, is reason to raise a complaint.
If you wish to raise a complaint about your service please feel free to contact us for a complaints form. You may raise a complaint for any matter of business with GTWCMT and the matter will be reviewed.
All complaints are adjudicated to ensure that matter are dealt with fairly.
All complaints, disputes much be within 7 days of the services.
NOTE: before raising a complaint, please take into account any mitigatingcircumstances. If we repair a computer and then 3 days later the computer is broken by a thunderstorm andthe fact the computer has no surge protector this dose not fall under the warranty
