GTWCMT provide many business services across a wide range of website's.Each terms and conditions for the services provided should fall under the website that the information is provided. The terms and conditions are not one and all for all the services. As our customers return for other services that we provide, you would check the respective website for those terms and conationsthat the services are offered.
Terms and conditions - Computer repairs.
1. By using this website ( GTWCMT computer repairs) you agree to the following terms and conditions.
a. you will not copy the content of this website, or use it in any part.
b. The informationin this website is given as is and under no warranty.
c. Information and prices are correct at the time of publishingand GTWCMT do no guarantee they will remain correct.
2. By using the services and making contact with GTWCMT for the provisions of services and quotes, you agree to the terms and conditions stated within this page.
a Prices pricing and quotes:
1 All priced Quoted on the website are correct at the time of publishing.
2 Quotes are valid only for 3 hours from the time that they are issued.
3 We try our best to keep you informed of any price changes.
If a payment, price of quote changes by more than 15% you have the option not to complete the transaction.
4 Quotes of services are estimates unless a fixed price services is offered and is limited to the problem that the client states.
b Payments:
Payment terms are for full payment 7 days from the date of the invoice, or on the date that the services are provided including cheque clearing.
Failure to pay your debt will result in the full rate being applied for your service.
c. No credit in any for is permitted or offered, All payments must be made in full at the time of the service or at tthe time of service. For certain clients payments should be made no later than 7 days from the invoice date.
3. Contract:
a. The contract shall be defined for the services agreed and all other services provided out side shall form a new contract.
Each contract, service of goods shall form a new contract.
4. Warranty for support and repairs
a We warrant repairs for 7 days from performance of the service.
b. Mitigating circumstances may cause issues that are not covered under this warranty for example: virus crashes computer, we repair the fault and Power surge protection breaks the main board of the system. This will not be covered as will another virus infection not relating to the removal of a virus service that is rendered.
c. GTWCMT may charge alternative amounts based on the quotation and the actual work undertaken differing to the quote
d. GTWCMT dose not guarantee any repair or fault resolution on that those specified in writing as to a guarentee on resolution.
e. Support cannot guarentee resolution to issues that may be exsperienced especially when this involves third parties.
f. GTWCMT only warrant the work under taken giving in the quote/invoice and paid for in full.
4. Compliants:
Should you wish to file a compliant or dispute, these can be carried out by contacting us where a form will be sent to you for completion.
a. If you have a complaint on goods, which are not faulty, these should be returned within 7 days from your date of purchase in accordance with the cooling offer period, but subject to the terms and condtions of the sale.
b. If you have a complaint for a service, this should be returned within 7 days of the service being completed.
c. GTWCMT offers specific services in certain ways, maintenance, computer repairs are one contract, consultancy and support are anothers and should be regarded as such.
d. Disputes on Goods, service or invoices should be classed as separate issues and not completed on the same dispute form.
e. Outstanding debts on disputed parts of the invoice, goods or services must be paid on time.
f. No charges, costs or interest will be added to valid dispute forms and disputes during the time of investergation.
g. For dispute forms you will contact us within 7 days of the service being provided.
5 Outstanding debts:
a. Out standing debts will be added to future invoices and quotes.
b. Payments will be required no later than 7 days from receipt of goods, invoice or services. Charges will apply to outstanding monies in terms and the rate set forth.
c. Interest charges are set at 8% above the base rate at the time of debt, notifications, will be 2% of the outstanding sum or £35.00 which ever the greater.
d. GTWCMT interest charge is at a rate of 8% above base rate is calculated every 14 days from the fourteeth date after the invoice or service and compounded until the debt is paid in full. GTWCMT may wave the costs or in part the debt.
e. NO CREDIT is offered to any person, business, or group, including any other order for goods and services failed or not and all debt should be paid for on demand.
f. All goods/items/service remain the propertyof GTWCMT in your charge until funds have fully been paid and cleared.
g. GTWCMT reserve the right to obtain losses either by cash or goods or items to the value of the outstanding dept plus costs and losses regarding late and non payments. h. Costs are charged at our normal business rates of £155 per hour and travel at forty-eight pence per mile (excluding air travel).
i. After a debt is outstanding for more than 30 days the normal rate will apply and all discounts recinded.
6 Maintenance services:
a. Maintenance services are subject to contract
which is provided and superceedes this contract when signed.
b. Maitenance services are provided within the limitation of the fault which we have been allerted and only this/these issue/s.
c. Maintenance services is to provide updates to operating system software, BIOS on Mainboard and Graphics cards.
d. Internal hardware cleaning, hardware fragmentation, Hardware drivers and office software updates.
e. Third party hardware and software is not covered as is bespoke software.
f Maintenance dose not include hardware or upgrade support.
g. Maintenance service is provided from 10:00 until 22:00 on the basis of the next available engineer to preform the service.
h. Maintenance services are one contract and not mixed with any other service contract, unless under a maitenance and support contract.
7 Support services:
a Support services are based on the use of our knowledge or collective knowledge to fix ssues and advise.
b. We will provide support for all hardware and software and provide repair if possible.
c. Support dose not guarrentee repair or a fix as it is support and advice service only.
d. Support dose not form part of IT consultancy services.
e. Support contract are single contract and not mixed with any other contract or services, unless under a maitenance and support contract.
8 IT Consultancy services:
a. It consultnacy forms an agreement for use of knowledge or collective knowledge in computers, network, and software.
b. The information, reports and advice service is in our opinion only and taken from our collective knowledge.
c. The client should make an independant assesment of the information provided within the consultancy services.
d GTWCMT is not responsible for in actions of the use of information that is provided.
e
IT consultancy is provided under a single contract and is not part of any other contract provided unless stated and agreed.
9 Hardware Software provided in service:
a. Hardware provided is a seperate service and contract.
b.
Hardware provided come with a 12 month warranty.
c. rejected non faulty hardware incur a 15% restocking fee.
d. Imported hardware and software will incur additional costs and fees.
e. All harrdware is provided under a seperate contract and dose not form an extention to other contracts.
f. Software is provided as is, and non retunable or refundable once opened. Refer to the EULA.
