We also offer remote repair services for distant users who are unable to remove spyware themselves.One key thing to remeber is that Anti Virus software and Anti Spyware software is different and they wont do the same thing.

On site services .
Spyware onsite service can remove some of the tricky spayware prgrames that are attacking computers. Ad-aware provide some protection against Apyware but sometime these cannot remove spyware that is on the system. GTWCMT can provide a manual service to remove spyware and this often means that an onsite service is required.
Remote service
Remote spyware removal can be carriedout in some cases but not all, this is due to the way in which some spyware works and you will be reinfected by using the internet that allows remote access. If you have spyware on your computer system there is only a 50% change that it can be removed by using the remote computer repair services.
Telephone support.
Due to the way in which spyware works and the process that is required to remove the spyware, telephone support is not the best option to fix spyware issues.
