There is nothing worse than your servers failing  during the day or when your business needs them the most, not forgetting the loss of clients as we have said on the main GTWCMT website.

How the emergency servers work:

Our server platforms can quickly launch a website and has capacity for up to 120,000 connections. You can simply send us your backed up data files (if you are not already a client) and your information will be loaded on to our servers, a simple change in your DNS records will see your business back on-line in around 20-40 minutes, limiting your down time and loss.

Email can take a little time to come on line due to the slower population of MX records, We offer standard Email and RFC compliant and Spam reduced email servers. This allows for you to enjoy the use of our Email services, which are manually manged in house.

If you are a customer

If you are a customer, you will find that we have redundant servers and systems in place to ensure that your network stays on-line, if you are a customer using back up services and data hosting. You will need to tell us your systems are down and not ran by us, and we will make your services live or bring the system live for you.
 Warning – you will be running your back up as a live system and this is only meant for temporary use.

If you are not a customer

If you are not a client of ours the down time is maximised due to the time it will take to transfer your data to our servers, You can courier a disc to us or transfer over FTP your data files so that they can be transfered to our servers or a standalone server.

Security

Our servers are secure and we use a 1024 bit encryption  and innob data transfer to ensure that your data is sent to and from the servers securely and safely. We also IP lock the transmissions so that outside access is restricted both in and out bound.

If you are self hosting (you have a server at your location) a server can be deployed on-site within minutes.

Mail server
A mail server can be deployed within a few minutes depending on your current set up. If you are using older technologies such as Exchange this can take longer due to the active directory pathways, but if you have a configuration and data back up it will reduce time.

If you have a modern or remote mail system, we can deploy an emergency mail server within 20 minutes + 1 minute per client. if you wish to use the emergency server and are switching temporarily to our emergency back up mail servers, this can be carried out relatively quickly depending on the number of clients. Typically around 4 minutes per client.

Web server.

Web servers can be deployed within minutes also,  simply transfer your back up data files to us and your website is on-line, very few configuration changes are required and our engineers know what they are doing, thus down time is relatively short.  Our web servers support ASP, SQL, PHP and HTM files.

Web server with CMS support; Most of the CMS services and the data can be loaded on to the servers, a quick configuration and your clients will not know the difference.
Web server with CRM support; We hold CRM system at the ready should you need to configure the server to run your CRM system.
