If you require emergency call out computer services
GTWCMT provide a 24 hour call out service, if your computer systems and network has a fault you can take priorty with an emergency call out service if an engineer is avalaible. If you are a contract holder, you willhave access to prioty services dependant on your contract type.

On site services .
Depending on your location we can have on site computer support with you within the hour for most areas. Simple call, book and someone will be with you, it is that simple.
When you call to book an emergency call out, provided we have an engineer available, we will send him to your right away

While GTWCMT has cars we also have motorcycles and can offer express services by using motorcycles in large cities and during rush hours so that you can have your systems and services online and working as soon as possible.The express service normally lowers the time it takes to get to you amking this a faster service.

Telephone support.
Simply call us for a repair 24 hours a day, call our office, mobile or Low call number for support. GTWCMT has 7 lines to talk to us so that we can provide you with support.
Maintenance and support contract holders can call 24 hours a day for serviecs and support from GTWCMT. While non contract holder are advised to ring at reasonable times from 10:00 to 22:00, for the remainder Email support is offered.
Email support
Emailing GTWCMT is simple, simply send your request to us and we will get back to you within 4 hours. our aim is to replay to all emails with 4 hours, although quite often emails are replied to within 20 minutes.
If you do not hear from us within 8 hours from us by email, please contact us by telephone or the alternative email addresses.
Collect and return.
GTWCMT offer a collect and return service, we can collect your PC from home or work and repair it for you and then return it to you once the work has been carried out.
