On site services .

On site 24 hour computer support mean that you can have an engineer on site with you 24 hours a day. Normal services are from 09:30 to 19:30 daily and  we also can provide you with the support when you really need it out of normal office hour when other computer support providers may be shut.

Depending on your location we can have on site computer support with you within the hour.

On-site coverage.

We cover North Somerset to Central London and Birmingham to Southampton to do call out support on a ad-hoc service.  Most places are covered within the hour.

Express services.

While GTWCMT has cars and also have motorcycles and can offer express services by using motorcycles in large cities and during rush hour so that you can have your computer systems and services on-line and working as soon as possible.

Remote Support

The services are ran by telephone and email with guaranteed support to contract holders from our maintenance contracts. We also offer remote support over the Internet to your computer system.

If all fails you can have your computer couriered to us for a fast turn around which is normally within 72 hours.

Data recovery,  it strikes fear into many people who have had a crash or failure and need to get back their data as panic sets in.

Our data recovery service is pretty simple, but before you go any further, please ensure that you DO NOT USE THE DEVICE.

We can recover most data from working devices, so if you just deleted  all of your photo’s from your memory card,  remove it from your camera, and send it to us, we will then recover all the data from the card, put it on Disc and send you back the disc and the card.

We offer the same services with hard drives, However if the drive has a hardware failure it will be sent off to specialists for data recovery, who will rebuild the drive.

Data recovery from XD, SD CF MD  SM, MMC  MS and  MS Pro memory cards as well as a few other types.

The cost of repair and data recovery

The cost of recovery will vary depending on the media and the duration it takes to recover your data.
We start with a fixed cost of £40.00 and then add a per gig charge on the recovered data. ( we currently are limited to 4 TB of data recovery in one session)

Hardware repair is a costly venue and prices are usually around £400.00 upwards

Back up policy.

If you have the need for data recovery, you are NOT using your computer systems correctly, or if you have lost images then your work-flow is incorrect. Having a Backup policy is essential in today modern world where problems can happen at any time.
