Being a little busy with all the new back office work that I have to do (server upgrades and optimisation)  I haven’t been able to spend time creating the posts for this website.

However, if you click the Computer button on the bottom of the page you will find a list of links which will lead you to the old website and where you can find answers and solutions to the problems you may be having with your computer.

I hope to  get back up to speed  in the next few days, if you do have ANY questions, then Please comment on here and I will  reply or make the post.

Help

If your computer is broken or there is something wrong you will need to get it fixed and that’s why you have found your way to this website.

((warning)) if you are about to take your computer to PCworld for repair, as its on the way to work, think again!  PC will factory reset your computer and lose all your data, its a simple way to fix a computer and how they do a ‘repair’. IN the world of REAL support and computer engineering this ‘factory reset’ is a last resort and any engineer worth his salt will back up and reinstall your data. PC world charge you Extra as all part of their service.. We have LOTS of COMPLAINTS about PC world who DO NOT provide the SOLUTION.

At GTWCMT we have been working in IT for many years and came across a whole host of problems and issue with computers, networks servers and we have provided support all around the world. We have the systems and the ability to fix most (if not all) problems with your computers and networks. It one of the reasons we do not offer a no fix no fee service as it can ALWAYS be Fixed.

When using this website, you can simply use the search function, the website is Designed like a famous operating system, so press the little button and you will find the search box.

Just type in the problem that you are having and the answer should pop up.  Remember you may want to use keywords that tell us what the problem is. So this may be something like your wireless network isnt working, so you may search for “Wireless networking problem”.  You may find your computer wont turn on,  so you may type  “Computer wont start”  I hope you get the idea, and if you get stuck, try using the little buttons in the bottom bar to find your way around.
