GTWCMT offers a simple policy for the data and information that is shared between both parties.

GTWCMT only hold data on clients that is necessary to provide the services that are required.
GTWCMT also hold basic information for the purposes of taxes or legal required documentation.
Zero data shall be passed to third parties which applies to both parties within the businesses. GTWCMT will not display any information to identify any business or client is in deed the client of GTWCMT aside from web site link back in web sites and directory listings that may be a requirement of the contract.
After a period of 5 years all data is destroyed, due to the tax office we are required to hold a certain amount of data for the purposes of taxes. All data which is not required to met with legal requirements will be destroyed within 8 weeks of the end of a contract.
We do not pass on any contact information or business information to third parties unless required to do so with the provisions of services that are requested.
We may disclose personal information to respond to legal requirements, enforce our policies, respond to claims that other content violates another's rights, or protect anyone's rights, property, or safety.
