is your business unlawful in its advertising

As a ethical person who is observant of many of the trends and changes, one ‘bug’ has crawled on me and that is the illegal misleading advertising that is popping up.

I have seen many photographers website claiming to be “the leading…” and today I spotted this gem “Coffee that will make you cry with joy”

False promises, misleading information, misrepresentation of your business could find you in court for crimes such as obtaining funds unlawfully, fraud, and deception. Not to mention the fine from the The Advertising Standards Authority, investigation from trading standards and a host of others if you are really lucky.

There were two businesses from the GTWCMT network that showed a promising return and utilization of the energy project, which took the strain from the national power grid and also could produce excess which could be sold back to the grid.
